History
of the company
DARI COUSPATE
was founded in 1995 by a group of food industry professionals.
Today, it is renowned for the quality of its products, as well as
its dynamism and strong sense of innovation.
DARI
COUSPATE
has made quality its major creed in the production of couscous and
pasta.
In fact, our products are subjected to permanent and rigorous
control throughout the production process, from the supply of raw
materials to the delivery of the finished product.
Located
in Salé, near Rabat , the unit has a production capacity of 12.000
tons per year .
The production is carried out by a highly automated line of
production using an advanced drying technique that makes couscous
and pasta dry at very high temperature (VHT).
DARI operates under international quality standards as ISO 9001 and
HACCP.
In 2000,
DARI COUSPATE
created a research and development unit with the aim of constantly
improving the methods and procedures and designing new and
innovative products.
In
December, 2001, this led
DARI COUSPATE
to be the first and only
company to launch a new couscous made of barley,
SAKSSOU EL BALBOULA, on the market. The success of this
product exceeded all expectations. Today, other projects continue to
undergo research and tests.
Since last July, DARI is listed in the Casablanca Stock exchange
market after a very successful IPO, the company was oversubscribed
more than
11 times.
Thanks to its transparency, its dynamism and the care given to the
realization of these products and the satisfaction of its
customers,

enjoys an excellent reputation in the market; a reputation that is
continuously confirmed by the quality of its relations with its
customers and suppliers.
Today DARI has become
the largest producer and exporter of
couscous in Morocco.
