of the company
Created in 1995,
DARI COUSPATE
is a company specialised in the production of couscous and pasta.
DARI is well known for its high quality products, its dynamism and
its innovations. Since July 2005, DARI is listed in the Casablanca
Stock exchange market after a very successful IPO.
Located in Salé near Rabat,
DARI COUSPATE
has two production units which are carried out by highly automated
lines of production using an advanced drying technology (VHT).

has made quality its major creed in the production of couscous and
pasta.
DARI COUSPATE
operates under ISO 9001:2000 international quality standards and
HACCP.
Today,
DARI COUSPATE
isa
is implementing in its facilities the new food safety management
system ISO 22000. Certification is expected on 1st semester 2009.
INNOVATION
In 2000,
DARI COUSPATE
created a research and development unit with the aim of constantly
improving the methods and procedures and designing new and
innovative products.
 In
December
2001,
DARI COUSPATE
lanched a new couscous made of barley. For the first time, barkey
couscous was produced industrually using sophisticated machinery and
steaming and drying methods. The success of this product exceeded
all expectations. Other projects continue to undergo research and
tests at R&D department.
INTERNATIONAL
DARI COUSPATE
is the largest moroccan exporter of couscous. DARI products are
available in more than 20 countries all over the world. DARI
Couscous knows today an overwhelming and a continuous success
worldwide...
