Innovation has always been at the heart of the development of DARI, which offers its consumers a large and extended range of premium couscous and pasta products.

R&D team was set up in order to work and develop new products with high added value. DARI has won many trophies and prices dedicated the importance of innovation.



2014: Best Innovation Award

Launch of the first organic whole wheat Couscous made in Morocco and certified according to European and American organic standards. This product received the trophy for the best innovation on the occasion of the international exhibition of Agriculture in Meknès (SIAM)

DARI Corn couscous “Baddaz”

Through this innovation DARI values an ancestral culinary culture product known as “Baddaz”. Made for the first time in Morocco, Dari corn couscous is a tasty couscous with recognized health benefits.

Couscous range for export markets “Ready in 5 minutes”

Launch of a range of couscous in boxes “Ready in 5 min” adapted for the export markets especially for British and American markets.

DARI barley Couscous “Belboula”

First innovation in the sector with this barley couscous, produced for the first time industrially in Morocco and launched by DARI. This barley couscous is the fruit of the efforts of the R&D of DARI in collaboration with local Moroccan University IAV Hassan II
